Committee, rules etc

The job of the Management Committee is to ensure the club operates safely and is financially viable. To that end the Committee devises policies and guidelines and oversees all club activity.

Unlike, for example, a gym, the Committee does not provide services to members. It depends on the voluntary efforts and participation of its members willing to give their time and expertise. Members with skills or ideas that can help run the club are encouraged to participate as committee members.
